Audience: Riders, parents and horse owners Last Updated: 2026-10-09
A lot has changed on Horsify since July. Entering is quicker, results reach you sooner, families are easier to manage, and there's more help for looking after your horses. Here are the highlights, sorted so you can skip to what you do: Competing, Families, Lessons or Your horses.
📲 One tip before you read on
Reminders and results now come to you once, in the quickest way we can reach you: the Horsify app if you have notifications on, otherwise a text or an email. You won't get the same message three times any more. If you want your results the moment they're in, get the Horsify app and allow notifications.
Competing
🔁 Change your classes yourself
While entries are open, you can add or scratch classes from your registration without messaging the organiser. At events that allow it, you can also swap to another class or horse. If the new class costs less, the difference you've already paid becomes credit with the club.
🐦 Early bird prices
Many events now have early bird prices. You'll see the early bird figure and the deadline before you enter, and your invoice shows what you saved. If you start an entry and get interrupted, we'll send you a reminder before entries close (two at most).
🥇 Your result, straight to your phone
You'll get "your result is in" as soon as a score is published. You get one message for your whole day, not one per class. Dressage riders can open their score sheet afterwards (how to find it), and each of your horses now has its own competition record. Clinic reminders now give your own ride time, not the start of the day.
📅 Finding your next event
Events at your own clubs now show first on the events page, with a "Your club" label. There's also a This weekend page. Event pages show what's on now, what's coming up and recent results, and a "Schedule" tag tells you when the timetable is out.
📝 Health declarations fill themselves in
When an event asks for a horse health declaration, your horses, PIC and property details are already filled in. Check them, sign and you're done.

Families
🧾 The whole family in one order
Enter every rider in the family at once and pay once. Each child gets their own entry and member price. Forgot to add a child first? Add them from the entry form without losing what you've filled in.

🧒 Lessons and memberships in your child's name
When you book a lesson or a horse ride, choose who's riding and the booking is made in your child's name, with reminders coming to you. Your children's membership renewals come to you too, all in one email per club.
Lessons & hire
📆 Booking and moving lessons
Not sure which lesson suits you? Answer two quick questions and we'll suggest one. At some schools you can choose your coach or go with whoever's free. Need a different time? Where your school allows it, move your own lesson from your bookings. When a lesson is confirmed, the email includes a calendar invite.

🏟️ Hire your club's arena online
Book a club arena by the hour, half day or full day, and see the price before you pay. If you're a member, you'll see member rates wherever the club offers them.

Your horses
🩹 Wound care, step by step
Open a wound on your horse's health page and keep everything about it together: photos as it heals, each treatment and every dressing or dose. You'll get a reminder when the next treatment is due. Photos are stripped of their location before they're saved. You can now also correct or remove anything in your horse's care history.
🚚 Movement records, ready when you need them
Keep a record of where your horse has been and when, so you have it to hand for a health declaration or a biosecurity check.

🌾 Feed, sharing and agistment
Choose how the feed shed counts down your stock: automatically, as you log feeds, or not at all (Feed & diet). Share a horse with the other people who ride or care for it (Sharing a horse). If you agist with a Horsify club or school, you can sign your agistment agreement online.
Also new
Horsify follows your phone's light or dark mode, sign-up no longer asks what kind of user you are, you can sign in with a passkey (no password), and we've fixed dozens of things you told us about.
