Overview

Once an organiser publishes the draw for an event you've entered, My Running Order gives you a personal, at‑a‑glance view of your day: when you ride, in which ring, your bridle number, and your estimated times — with your own runs highlighted so they're easy to spot in the full draw.

Because reception at showgrounds is often patchy, the safest way to have your times with you is to download the PDF to your phone before you leave.

Good to know: the times shown are estimates and can move during the day as classes run ahead or behind. Treat them as a guide and keep an ear out for ring announcements.

Opening Your Running Order

You'll find your running order once the organiser has published the schedule for an event you're entered in. Open it from the event, or from your Rider Dashboard (Event quick access → View draw). Its address is /rider/running-order/{event}.

The draw is grouped by class and ring, and each row shows:

Draw # — the running order within the class. On a day where classes alternate rather than running in blocks (a re-ride day, say), the draw is shown as one continuous list in the order riders actually go, and the column is headed Run # instead.
Number — your competitor number for the event, headed to match what the event uses: Bridle #, Back #, Saddlecloth # or Breastplate #. The column is left out when the event doesn't use competitor numbers, and shows a dash until yours has been allocated.
Rider and horse
Area — appears when a class runs across more than one ring or arena, so you can see which one you're in
Est. time — your estimated start time (shown when the organiser has published times)
Status — e.g. Active

Your own rides are highlighted across the whole draw, and pulled out for you, so you can see your day at a glance without hunting through every class. For multi‑day events, day tabs let you switch between each day's running order.

At the top you'll also see a Last updated time, so you know how fresh the draw is, and a Download PDF button.

Download and Print

Tap Download PDF to save a clean copy of the running order — handy to print for the float, pin on the tack‑room door, or keep on your phone. It's the same published draw, ready to share with whoever's helping you on the day.

What You Get With No Signal at the Showground

Showgrounds are notorious for bad reception, so Horsify saves your running order to your device when you open it. If you lose signal, the Offline page confirms what it has: a card for each synced event, with how many of your runs are cached.

Be clear about what this gives you. The Offline page shows the card — the event, the venue and the number of cached runs — not the draw itself. Opening the event from that card still needs a connection. To have your actual ride times in your hand with no signal, download the PDF.

To get that far, open your running order once while you still have signal (for example, before you leave home or in the carpark). And if you're stuck waiting, there's even a little show‑jumping game to pass the time.

Tip: the night before or on the drive in, open your running order and tap Download PDF. The PDF sits on your phone and opens with no signal at all — that's the copy to rely on at the grounds.

Estimated times only appear if the organiser has chosen to publish them for that day. Some clubs publish the order without times, and on a multi-day event one day can show times while another doesn't.
The offline page shows a cached-runs card, not the draw. Download the PDF if you need your times with no signal.

Frequently Asked Questions

When can I see my running order? As soon as the organising club publishes the schedule for the event. Until then, there's nothing to display.

Are the times exact? No — they're estimates and a guide only. Rings run ahead or behind, so always allow buffer time and listen for announcements.

Can I print it? Yes. Use Download PDF for a print‑ or share‑ready copy.

Will it work with no phone signal at the grounds? Download the PDF and yes — it's on your phone and needs nothing. The app itself needs a connection to render the draw: with no signal the Offline page shows a card telling you how many of your runs are cached, but opening the draw from it won't work until you're back online.

I ride on more than one day — can I see each day? Yes. Multi‑day events show a tab for each day so you can flip between them.

Why don't I see estimated times? The organiser may have published the running order without times. You'll still see your draw order, ring and bridle number.
