Chat Widget Support

Overview

Horsify has a built-in Help widget: a floating bubble in the bottom-right corner with a mascot icon. Opening it gives you two things in one panel — a search box for the Horsify Help Centre, and a form that raises a support ticket with the Horsify team.

It replaces the old third-party chat bot. It is not a live chat: you search first, and if you don't find your answer you leave a message and we reply by email.

Where the Help Widget Appears

The widget is available:

  • On horsify.com.au and horsify.co.nz (with or without www.), on the pages you use once you're in the app.
  • Whether or not you're signed in. It is not restricted to prospective customers.
  • On phones as well as computers. On a small screen the panel opens full-screen rather than as a small floating box.

It is deliberately not shown:

  • On club sites and club subdomains. A club's visitors are the club's audience, not Horsify support's — a rider on yourclub.horsify.club who needs help with the club should be contacting the club.
  • Inside the embeddable booking widget, for the same reason: that panel belongs to the riding school whose site it's framed in.
  • On the main marketing pages — the home page itself, plus /pricing, /for-clubs, /for-riding-schools, /for-instructors, /for-organisers, /custom-solution, /riding-lessons, /learn, /help, /book-a-demo, /contact and /about. Those pages are kept deliberately light and fast, and each already carries its own contact route — the Help Centre, the contact form, or the book-a-demo form.

How to Use It

  1. Click the Help bubble in the bottom-right corner.
  2. Search the help centre — type a word or two (waitlist, entries, refunds) and matching articles appear as you type. Click one to open it.
  3. If nothing there answers your question, fill in the contact form in the same panel and send it. That raises a support ticket.

If you're signed in, your name and email are filled in for you.

Tips for a Faster Answer

  • Search first — most questions are already answered in the Help Centre, and you'll have the answer straight away rather than waiting for a reply.
  • Be specific about what you were trying to do, and mention any error message you saw.
  • Let us know whether you're asking as an event organiser, a rider, or a club administrator.
  • Describe what you can see on screen so we can point you to the right place.
