This guide walks you through creating an organiser account on Horsify so you can set up your club, organisation or business and start running events.
Before you start
If your club, organisation or business is already on Horsify, you do not need to create a new organisation. Instead, enter its name during sign-up and request to join the existing one (see step 3) so all your events stay under a single organisation rather than creating a duplicate.
Step 1: Open the sign-up page
Go to horsify.com.au/auth and select the Create account tab. You can also tap Start free at the top of any Horsify page. On a phone, tap the small tab with an arrow (‹) at the top right of the screen to open the menu, then tap Start free under Account.
Step 2: Choose "Organiser"
Under "I am a:", choose Organiser (rather than Rider). This reveals the organisation details fields. If you came from Start free, Organiser is already selected.

Step 3: Enter your organisation name
Type your club, organisation or business name into the Organisation Name field.
- As you type, Horsify checks for an existing match.
- If a match is found: request to join it. Your account is created as a pending member and an existing admin of that organisation reviews and approves your request.
- If there is no match (or it is genuinely a different organisation): continue to create a brand-new organisation.
Step 4: Fill in your details
- Email: this becomes your login.
- Display Name: how you'd like to be called.
- Organisation Name: your club, organisation or business name (from step 3).
- What do you run? (optional): Club or events, Riding school or Independent coach. This helps Horsify suggest the right plan and set-up steps.
- Password: must meet all the requirements shown beneath the field: at least 8 characters, and include one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character. Each requirement ticks off as you type.
Step 5: Create your account and verify your email
Tick I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then tap Create account. You will then be asked to check your inbox.
- Open the verification email from Horsify and click the link to confirm your address. Check your spam/junk folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes.
- Your account cannot be used until your email is verified.
Step 6: Sign in and finish set-up
Once verified, sign in. You will land on your Organiser Dashboard. A Getting started checklist guides you through the next steps, such as completing your club profile, setting up online payments (Stripe) and creating your first event. The steps depend on what your organisation runs, and each one ticks off automatically as you complete it.
If you said you run a riding school or coach, you'll also be offered a short set-up, Set up your riding school in a few questions (or Set up your coaching for an independent coach), which creates your lesson types, hours and arena for you.
If you requested to join an existing organisation
Your account is created in a pending state. You will gain organiser access once an existing admin of that organisation approves your request.
