Informational Text Form Field

Overview

A new read-only Informational Text field type is available in the Entry Form Builder and membership application form designer. This lets organisers embed notices, instructions, disclaimers, or compliance information directly within a dynamic form β€” without requiring any input from the participant. The text is rendered as a styled block at the configured position in the form.

Who Should Use This Feature

Perfect For

  • Event organisers needing to display important event rules or safety notices mid-form
  • Club administrators embedding conditions of membership or age-eligibility notices
  • Associations adding regulatory disclaimers or compliance statements to application forms

Prerequisites

  • You must be an admin of your organisation
  • Your organisation must have access to the Entry Form Builder or Membership Application Form Designer
