Remove Pending Invitation Members

    Overview

    Organisation administrators can remove pending invitation members — those who have been invited but have not yet created a Horsify account — directly from the Member Management page. These invitees appear in your member list as ordinary member rows carrying a Pending status and a No Horsify Profile badge, and you remove them with the same Remove action you use for any member.

    This allows admins to keep the member directory clean when invitations were sent in error, or when a rider decides not to join.

    Who Should Use This Feature

    Perfect For

    • Club administrators who sent an invitation to the wrong email address
    • Organisations cleaning up their member list after expired or unwanted invitations
    • Association admins managing a large volume of pending invitations

    Prerequisites

    • You must be an admin of your organisation or a Horsify system admin
    • This flow is for members who haven't yet created a Horsify account (shown with a No Horsify Profile badge)
    • Members who have accepted and are fully active are removed the same way — via the member row's Remove action

    How It Works

    A pending invitation is not a separate list. The invitee already sits in your member list as a member row with a Pending status and a No Horsify Profile badge. Removing that row cancels the invitation and takes them out of your organisation's member list.

    How to Use

    Removing a Pending Invitation

    1. Navigate to Organiser → Members
    2. Filter by Status: Pending, or look for rows carrying the No Horsify Profile badge
    3. Find the pending member you want to remove
    4. Open the ⋯ menu on that member's row (or the Edit modal) and choose Remove
    5. Confirm the removal in the dialog
    6. The invitation is cancelled and the member row disappears from the list

    Note: Removing a pending invitation does not prevent the rider from creating a Horsify account — it only removes them from your organisation's member list. If they later sign up, they will not be automatically linked to your organisation.
