Overview
Organisers can save any entry form as a reusable template and apply it to future events with a single click. Templates are scoped to an organisation and are managed through the Entry Form Builder. This eliminates repetitive configuration of common form structures (e.g., standard dressage entry forms, show-jumping forms, or club annual membership forms).
Who Should Use This Feature
Perfect For
- Event organisers who run recurring events with the same form structure
- Club administrators standardising entry forms across all their events
- Pony clubs and associations maintaining consistent membership application forms
Prerequisites
- You must be an admin of your organisation
- Your organisation must have Form Builder access (Premium or above)
Key Features
